Michael Kotowicz

Executive Director

Michael founded Radar in 2001, having spent 15 years in Sydney & London working as an Institutional stockbroker. Since 2001 he has been instrumental in developing the Radar Group in to what has become one of the pre-eminent holistic Investor Relations firms in Australia. His expertise in the IR area is sought by companies across a broad range of sectors. Michael is a member of the Australasian Investor Relations Association and is a graduate of the Australasian Institute of Company Directors.

Jonathan Younger

Executive Director

Jonathan founded Radar in 2001 after 10 years working in corporate finance, accounting and stockbroking in London. He specialises in investor relations and proxy solicitation strategies during hostile and friendly corporate actions. Over the last 8 years he has worked on over 100 transactions including Origin Energy's successful defence of BG Group's $13.8bn bid and Primary Healthcares $3.5bn takeover of Symbion Health.

Euan Prentice

Executive Director

Euan has extensive experience across a number of industries and disciplines, including investor relations, corporate strategy, marketing and e-commerce. Euan worked at Qantas Airways in both investor relations and corporate strategy prior to joining United Airlines and undertaking a range of commercial roles. More recently, he helped establish a digital marketing company and a marketing services company. Euan joined Radar in December 2007.

David Greer

Executive Director

David has extensive experience in the Australian equities market on both the sell side and the buy side. He was a highly rated Research Analyst with Macquarie Securities before moving to the Institutional Sales desk where he was a Director for Macquarie Securities and then RBS. David also worked in funds management as a Portfolio Manager and is now a monthly columnist for the Australian Financial Review on topical issues for the investor relations industry.  David holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a chartered accountant.

Wanda Mackinnon

Associate Director, Investor Relations

Wanda Mackinnon has an extensive background in assessing the commercial potential of intellectual property-based ventures. Through roles such as co-national manager of AusIndustry’s highly successful Commercialising Emerging Technologies (COMET) Program for its first five years of operation, Wanda has appraised more than 3000 companies across most industry sectors in the last decade. Her skill is in helping companies to clearly articulate their business strategy, competitive position and value proposition for an investor audience.  Wanda holds a Ph.D. in medicine from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a long-term Judging Panel Member of the Australian Technology Showcase and has contributed to government policy at both a state and national level.

Anna O’Gorman

Associate Director, Investor Relations

Anna is an experienced investor relations and corporate affairs professional. She provides advice to board and management teams of ASX-listed and large private companies to guide and support business strategy. Anna has held positions in the financial sector both in Australia and overseas, where she was employed in advisory and communication roles with Bank of Ireland Asset Management in Dublin and Deutsche Bank in London. Previous to working abroad she held various positions with JBWere. Anna’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business, Marketing (Integrated Marketing Communications), a Certificate in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Certificate from the Australian School of Journalism.

Howard Liebman

Associate Director, Investor Relations

Howard is an experienced corporate development professional with over 10 years experience across equity capital markets, corporate affairs and general management.  Prior to joining Radar Group, he served for 5 years as Director Corporate Development at HeartWare International, driving and supporting extensive corporate activity including multiple financing transactions, US redomiciliation, corporate restructure and NASDAQ listing.  Over the period, the company grew in capitalisation from $75M to over $800M.  Prior to joining HeartWare, Howard worked in corporate finance for a specialist institutional stockbroking firm, where he advised on a range of equity capital market transactions.  He also served as Executive Director at an early stage technology company which he led through a successful ASX listing.  Howard began his career as a design engineer with GEC.  He holds a BA and BE (Electrical) from UNSW and an MBA from AGSM and London Business School.

Richard Stone

Associate Director, Client Relations

Richard is a highly experienced proxy solicitation and investor communications advisor. Richard has worked for Georgeson Shareholder Communications and was an Associate Director at Global Proxy Solicitation. He has worked on some of the largest and most high profile transactions in recent years. Clients include ANZ, Alinta, Adelaide Bank, BG Group, Seven Network, Symbion Health, Sinosteel Corp. and Wesfarmers. Richard manages the Institutional Solicitation Team at Radar and has developed unique relationships with key financial institutions both domestically and overseas.

Phillip Henderson

Associate Director, Client Relations

Phillip has extensive experience in the Australian equities market and investor relations. Prior to joining Radar he worked as an investment adviser at Commsec before moving to Macquarie Bank as a client manager in their equity markets division. He has also spent several years with Thomson Reuters working in their Corporate Advisory division where he successfully implemented investor relations programs across a suite of ASX listed companies. Phillip holds a bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Economics and Finance and has also completed the Diploma of Investor Relations from AIRA.

Jeva Centeno

Associate Director, Client Relations

Prior to joining Radar Jeva worked for Thomson Reuters and Orient Capital and has over 7 years experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Jeva has worked with a large number of ASX 100 companies, assisting with their investor relations strategies, including helping senior management understand their shareholders and effectively communicate their message to the market. Jeva holds a BA in Communications and Marketing, and has completed the Diploma of Investor Relations with the Australasian Investor Relations Association.

Julie Carter

Associate Director, Research

Julie has 20 years experience in the financial sector in delivering value to clients through a unique combination of industry knowledge and experience, solutions-oriented advice, and a proven ability to deliver incisive and specialised research. Prior to joining Radar, Julie headed her own business, Carter Research Consulting as well as the Research Services Division of Orient Capital. Julie draws on her invaluable buy-side experience as an Equity Analyst with Colonial First State Investments and Westpac Investment Management. She received her Masters of Business (Finance) from University of Technology (Sydney) and her Undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto. At Radar, Julie is responsible for Investor Perception Research and Market and Policy Analysis.

Steven Fulton

Manager, Investor Relations

Steve’s background prior to joining Radar involved working in the financial services industry in the UK.  Steve has provided investor relations advice to companies across a broad range of sectors.  Along with account management responsibilities, Steve oversees the share register analysis team.  Steve holds a BA in Business & Information Management and has completed the Diploma of Investor Relations with the Australasian Investor Relations Association.

Laura Mayne

Operations Manager

Laura came to Radar in 2005 from Vodafone Limited in the UK. At Radar Laura manages the Contact Centre team and is responsible for the day to day management of the shareholder engagement programs.

Darren Jackson

Application Developer

Darren joined Radar in 2008. With over 15 years of IT experience, Darren is an expert in desktop & web development, database design and programming. Since joining Radar Darren has been responsible for the development of proxysonar.

David Lesnie

Associate

David has had a distinguished career in finance and stockbroking spanning 45 years. He retired as Deputy Chairman of BNP Paribas Equities Group (Australia) Limited in March 2002, having previously been Managing Director of Stockbrokers ABS White & Co Ltd following its acquisition by BNP in 1987.

He is an affiliate of the Australian Stock Exchange, and a past member of the Sydney Stock Exchange committee prior to the formation of the ASX. He has been involved in all facets of the industry from management to broking activities, including Chairman of the previously listed Braids, and Director of Citadel Securix Ltd and Domain Property Funds Ltd.
