Michael Kotowicz
Executive Director
Michael founded Radar in 2001, having spent 15 years in Sydney & London working as an Institutional stockbroker. Since 2001 he has been instrumental in developing the Radar Group in to what has become one of the pre-eminent holistic Investor Relations firms in Australia. His expertise in the IR area is sought by companies across a broad range of sectors. Michael is a member of the Australasian Investor Relations Association and is a graduate of the Australasian Institute of Company Directors.
Jonathan Younger
Executive Director
Jonathan founded Radar in 2001 after 10 years working in corporate finance, accounting and stockbroking in London. He specialises in investor relations and proxy solicitation strategies during hostile and friendly corporate actions. Over the last 8 years he has worked on over 100 transactions including Origin Energy's successful defence of BG Group's $13.8bn bid and Primary Healthcares $3.5bn takeover of Symbion Health.
Euan Prentice
Executive Director
Euan has extensive experience across a number of industries and disciplines, including investor relations, corporate strategy, marketing and e-commerce. Euan worked at Qantas Airways in both investor relations and corporate strategy prior to joining United Airlines and undertaking a range of commercial roles. More recently, he helped establish a digital marketing company and a marketing services company. Euan joined Radar in December 2007.
David Greer
Executive Director
David has extensive experience in the Australian equities market on both the sell side and the buy side. He was a highly rated Research Analyst with Macquarie Securities before moving to the Institutional Sales desk where he was a Director for Macquarie Securities and then RBS. David also worked in funds management as a Portfolio Manager and is now a monthly columnist for the Australian Financial Review on topical issues for the investor relations industry. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a chartered accountant.
Jason Bryan
Associate Director, Investor Relations
Jason has significant expertise in the Australian equities market. He has over 20 years’ experience in funds management, working as a Senior Investment Analyst for Queensland Investment Corporation and most recently as a Senior Portfolio Manager for State Street Global Advisors. Jason also lectures in fundamental equity analysis at the University of Technology in Sydney and capital markets for the Australian Institute of Investor Relations. He holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.
Wanda Mackinnon
Associate Director, Investor Relations
Wanda Mackinnon has an extensive background in assessing the commercial potential of intellectual property-based ventures. Through roles such as co-national manager of AusIndustry’s highly successful Commercialising Emerging Technologies (COMET) Program for its first five years of operation, Wanda has appraised more than 3000 companies across most industry sectors in the last decade. Her skill is in helping companies to clearly articulate their business strategy, competitive position and value proposition for an investor audience. Wanda holds a Ph.D. in medicine from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a long-term Judging Panel Member of the Australian Technology Showcase and has contributed to government policy at both a state and national level.
Amanda Caucino
Account Manager, Investor Relations
Amanda is a corporate communications professional, supporting companies across the breadth of Radar’s Investor Relations clients. Amanda brings skills and experience developed while working for one of Australia’s Top 50 ASX-listed companies, Mirvac Group. During her time with Mirvac’s investor relations and communications team she supported capital raising activity, merger and acquisitions deals and was responsible for the production of investor-focused communications materials. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) degree from the University of Sydney and is a graduate of the Diploma of Investor Relations from the Australian Institute of Investor Relations.
Rosalind Plant
Account Manager, Investor Relations
Rosalind has over five years’ experience in corporate communications and marketing, predominantly in the retail and media sectors. Rosalind worked for Tesco Plc in the UK and, prior to joining Radar, for Woolworths. She has worked across Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, Media Relations and Regulatory Affairs, assisting with external and internal communication strategies and producing collateral. She has extensive experience in communicating complex messages to a range of stakeholders including investors, the media, government and regulatory bodies. She holds a Bachelor in Geographical Science from the University of Bristol.
Sarah Wheeler
Sales & Marketing Manager
Sarah is a highly experienced communications professional with over eight years’ experience in the public relations, marketing and sales sphere. Sarah has held corporate communications positions in Australia and overseas. Sarah also has extensive writing and design skills, having worked as a freelance writer for some of Australia’s and Europe’s largest blue-chip organisations. Sarah’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Public Communication), Masters of Arts in Applied Linguistics and the AIRA Diploma of Investor Relations.
Steven Fulton
Manager, Shareholder Engagement
Steve’s background prior to joining Radar involved working in the financial services industry in the UK. Steve has provided investment market analytical advice to companies across a broad range of sectors. He has account management responsibilities for corporate transactions, ranging from capital raisings, proxy battles, schemes of arrangement and takeovers. Steve also oversees the share register analysis team and has undertaken repeat beneficial ownership analysis and reporting for over 100 ASX listed companies. Steve holds a BA in Business & Information Management and has completed the Diploma of Investor Relations with the Australasian Investor Relations Association.
Paul Jennings
Executive, Shareholder Engagement
Paul joined Radar in 2008. Since joining Paul has been involved in a number of high profile M&A transactions. He has significant operational experience and has account managed corporate actions ranging from capital raisings, proxy battles, schemes of arrangement and takeovers and has worked on some of the largest transactions of the last few years including Arrow Energy (Scheme), Toho Zinc/CBH Resources (takeover), APA Group (SPP), Felix Resources (Scheme), Mirvac (Scheme) and Origin Energy (takeover defence).
Laura Mayne
Operations Manager
Laura came to Radar in 2005 from Vodafone Limited in the UK. At Radar, Laura manages the Contact Centre team and is responsible for the day to day management of the shareholder engagement programs.
David Lesnie
Associate
David has had a distinguished career in finance and stockbroking spanning 45 years. He retired as Deputy Chairman of BNP Paribas Equities Group (Australia) Limited in March 2002, having previously been Managing Director of Stockbrokers ABS White & Co Ltd following its acquisition by BNP in 1987. He is an affiliate of the Australian Stock Exchange, and a past member of the Sydney Stock Exchange committee prior to the formation of the ASX. He has been involved in all facets of the industry from management to broking activities, including Chairman of the previously listed Braids, and Director of Citadel Securix Ltd and Domain Property Funds Ltd.
